These postal prices do not apply to Dolls houses, Conservatories or Garden Buildings. To send houses or garden buildings either U.K,European,World and U.S.A customer MUST apply for a quote.

If you wish to pay via a cheque then we will be more than happy to take your order please contact us to let us know.

Please allow 7-14 days for orders to be dispatched.

 Returns Policy

You have 14 days to return (at your expense) an item for a refund if you are not happy with it, after this period we may add a re-stocking charge.

If you cancel an order because you may have changed your mind, then a 10% handling charge will be charged.

If the error is ours then we shall give you a full refund including any costs associated with postage.

The shipping charge is not refunded.

All returns must be authorised by email by us first by clicking here

Items returned for a refund must be sent to us insured and unopened and be in a 'new' condition. Items returned will be checked before a refund is issued (ex shipping).Magpies Miniatures will refund the purchase price to you within 14 days of the receipt of returned goods (ex shipping)

 If after ordering an item you discover it is not suitable (ordered in error!) you may return for an exchange, we will charge the shipping and credit or debit any difference in value on the item/s, your initial shipping charge is not taken into account in this calculation only the product cost.

 Your statutory rights are not affected.
